Hey, I’m John Pilla.
I’m an artist and passionate creative residing in South Minneapolis, Minnesota. I graduated with a B.A. in Art and Photography from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. I’m currently a Manager and Mentor at Gopher Photo, the chosen photographer for the University of Minnesota Marching Band. I also give my time as a Creative Graphic Designer for the Marching Band building the Band’s branding and identity by designing posters, business cards, and infographics for social media posts and more.
In my spare time, I’m often adventuring and backpacking the North Shore or Superior Hiking Trail or having a fire with friends in my backyard. You may see me conquering a wall at one of VE’s locations. You may also catch me biking the chain of lakes, walking the streets of Uptown, or enjoying a cup at one of my favorite coffee shops.
